"It is our mission to provide seniors with an affordable home that allows them to age in place with dignity. We have created plans for a community of small, safe, affordable cottages that are tastefully designed and supported by the surrounding Swegle community. 

The United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley celebrated the ribbon cutting ceremony for our first 10 cottages on May 30, 2024, with phases 2 & 3 being “shovel ready” once funding is secured. Phase 1 cottage vacancy is currently filled with its first tenants arriving June of 2024!"

  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol onsite
  • The Brothers Collection is not responsible for any damage or stolen property
  • It will be hot so please leave your pets at home, we will ask you to leave if you bring your pets - we want them to be safe and this is not the environment for them. 
  • If you plan on transporting your vehicle with a trailer, please reach out directly. 
  • If you are registering a vehicle, you will be required to sign a waiver and must provide proof of insurance on your vehicle. 
  • This is a ticketed event only, once the event is sold out, it is sold out. We will not be selling tickets at the door.
